Welcome to Sunrise – Your Trusted Nottingham Estate and Letting Agency! We are a family business with over a decade of experience in the property world. We’ve made it our mission to help families like yours find their perfect homes or rental properties in Nottingham and beyond.

Since 2011, we’ve been growing our property portfolio here in Nottingham buying a property each year. Seeing the need to organize things better, Radek decided to open own property management company. Meanwhile, Milena handled all the admin to get the business up and running.

Our founder – Radek – is always full of big ideas and determined to reach his goals.

His aim was to do things differently to other agencies, offering a personalized service that truly cares about YOU and YOUR NEEDS.

Here at Sunrise Property, we’re more than just a business – we’re all about building relationships that last. As experienced landlords ourselves, we know how important it is to take care of every detail. That’s why we manage our own diverse portfolio of properties across Nottingham with high attention to details.

Radek, with his love for real estate and talent for building connections, has been instrumental in bringing his vision to life. He’s always looking for ways to grow and improve, which is why we recently launched our new Sales Division, led by Radek himself. Moreover, we manage long term as well as short-term lets together with our ‘dream team’.

And that’s not all – Milena is also a qualified mortgage broker with the prestigious CII Cert MP qualification. She’s here to guide you through the mortgage process and make sure everything runs smoothly, whether you’re buying, selling, or looking for a rental property.
