LANDLORD FEES

For prospective landlords, understanding the associated fees with property rental is crucial. To provide clarity, we’ve transparently outlined our fees below, enabling you to determine your financial commitments.

Detailed are the two main services that we offer for the successful Letting of your properties. We do however pride ourselves on our flexibility and are very happy to discuss your individual needs.


Throughout the letting process we will keep the landlord informed of their legal obligations when letting a property. If you require help on the many aspects of letting law please call us today.


Let Only Service:

  • Tenant sourcing
  • Property viewings conducted with tenants
  • Tenant screening and referencing
  • Collection of deposit and first month’s rent
  • Preparation and signing of tenancy agreement
  • Guidance on all necessary regulations for successful lettings

Fee: £350

or 50% of the first month’s rent (as per our mutual agreement)

Let and Manage Service

Full management fees will only be payable when the rent is paid. This is completely hands-free option and the most popular between our landlords.

Fee: £200

set-up fee + 10% monthly management fee or mutually agreed monthly fee without set-up fee


We are members of: UKALA (UK Association of Letting Agents), Property Redress Scheme (PRS), DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme – both Custodial & Insured). We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and Client Money Protection insurance.

Monies are held in our designated clients bank account. CMP Insurance provided by UKALA.
