Before setting up a tenancy, we want to ensure everything goes smoothly for you. Here’s what you need to know:

References and Credit Assessment
We’ll conduct references and a credit assessment to ensure a smooth process. It’s crucial to provide all requested information fully completed and legible. Missing information can delay your application and affect your preferred property choice.

Required Information and Documents
When completing the reference application form via our Partner website: The LettingsHub, please have the following information/documents ready:
- Your bank details: account number and sort code
- 3y address history
Full company name, address, and postcode of your employer (if applicable) - Details of all income: wage/salary, which must be regular and verifiable
- Contact name and telephone for your employer’s personnel department
- Contact name/company name, address, daytime telephone of current letting agent or landlord (if applicable)

Proof of Identity
We’ll need proof of identity, such as:
- Valid passport
- Full UK driving licence
- Your Right to rent share code
Please ensure ALL referees you provide are aware they’ll be contacted by a referencing agency.
